I am a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience, having been licensed in 2011. Raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I’ve always valued the connection between nature and personal well-being. Over the years I have developed expertise in a wide range of techniques including deep tissue, cupping, gua sha, relaxation, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, and TMJ intraoral buccal massage. Tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to provide a healing experience that restores balance and promotes overall health, whether you are looking to relax, recover from an injury, or experience a deeper level of therapeutic care.
